PCB Etching Powder100g (0.5l)· Excellent stability· 5 to 10 minutes etching time· Makes 0.5l of solution This sodium persulphatebased etch powder has been specifically developed for etching copper laminate used in the electronics industry. The product exhibits excellent stability in use leaving surfaces clean even and free of staining.100g will make 0.5 litres of etch solution.0.5 litres of water is heated to between 40 to 50°C and the powder is slowly stirred into the water. The solution should last between 4 to 8 weeks but is dependent upon the volume of copper in solution. N.B To prevent premature breakdown of the solution do not operate in excess of 50°C. Supplied in 100g sachets.
